You'll also find convenient pet stations located throughout the community to help keep things clean. Please note that weight and breed restrictions do apply, see below for more details.

Pet Policy

  • Dogs Accepted
  • Maximum of 2 Pets per Home
  • Pet Deposit: $200
  • Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $200
  • Weight Limit: 50 Pounds per Pet
  • Restricted Breed List: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepard, Great Dane, Husky, Irish Wolfhound, Keeshond, Mastiff, Miniature Pinscher, Pitbull, Pitbull Terrier, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf Hybrid.
